American Broadband is committed to maintaining the confidence and trust of our customers by preserving their privacy.

It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, telephone number, postal and email address, is private and confidential. Accordingly, this personal information is never intentionally disclosed, sold, or otherwise made available to outside third parties. Your personal information is stored in a reasonably secure location and is accessible only by designated staff.

American Broadband and it's affiliated companies may from time to time determine that email is the most effective method of communicating important service and/or product related information to our customers. When this is the case American Broadband will contact our customers by sending a message to their primary American Broadband email address. We may use your postal address to send billing statements and information regarding new products and services available from American Broadband affiliated companies.

American Broadband customers may choose to have their information made public by requesting their email address and other contact information be placed in one of our online email directories. This information will never be placed in a publicly accessible location without the customer's prior approval.

Due to the nature of our business the privacy of our customers' email address(s) is a high priority for American Broadband. We feel compelled to notify customers that various technologies are available for third parties to discover email addresses with neither the knowledge nor consent of American Broadband. American Broadband makes every reasonable effort to keep email addresses private and, following the guidelines above, will never sell or otherwise intentionally disclose a customer's email address to a third party.
